Description
Hi my name is Tejas Visal, I am mostly an bowling all rounder, bowling right arm leg break and batting right handed. I have been playing cricket since the age of 7 and loved every moment of it. Being born here I watched and played cricket just like anyone would for fun, but when we moved to India I started playing competitively which then carried over here when I moved back. In India I played for PYC under 10s. We moved back at the age of 10 and since then started to practice with the youth in the Bollingbrook premier league. During that time we went on many tours including multiple tours to California, St Louis, New Jersey just to name a few. We also trained every weekend for 2 hours, this would be very fun as we would have a coach and everything. Nowadays In Chicago there is not much youth cricket; therefore now I play in adult teams and leagues. This past year has been crazy packed with cricket related things starting with the USA cricket combines in Chicago to the invitational combines in Houston and then the men’s selection camp taking place in Houston as well. After this I did some training with coach Peter Wellings in Houston then came back for a week then went to India to train in Pune with coach Hemant Kininkar. When I came back I flew to California to play the CCF for the All stars under coach Wellings. As winter has come in Chicago games have come to a stop but, I still try to practice every weekend or every 2 or 3 days a week. Given the opportunity and do my best for the team and the members. http://www.espncricinfo.com/story/_/id/23856287/xavier-marshall-left-usa-selection-camp-texas- USA mens probables
